Born in Marseille in 1952, Gérard Traquandi always experiments pictorial work using different techniques.

From the beginning of 80s and during 15 years he develops a multiple work using a big variety of supports and focussing a lot on the representation.

The artist has a double experience: that of shock received facing nature and another one coming from fabrication process of painting.
